Crispy potato wedges tossed in flavorful Herbs de Provence seasoning and oven-roasted

Ingredients
Potatoes
Freshly chopped garlic
The Spice Apothecary's Herb de Provence seasoning
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Slice potatoes and toss with olive oil, freshly chopped garlic, and one teaspoon per pound of Herbs De Provence seasoning.
Spread out in a single layer on a sheet pan and bake at 400 degrees until easily pierced with a knife.
Season with kosher salt if desired.
