Shawarma Chicken

Our Middle Eastern spice blend mixed with Greek yogurt makes a warm and tangy marinade for Shawarma Chicken.

Ingredients for Shawarma Chicken


2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons of Shawarma Spice Blend

Olive oil

Directions

Marinate the chicken using 1 tablespoon of the Shawarma Spice Blend, 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt per pound of poultry. Add to a gallon zip top bag and drizzle in olive oil until the ingredients can be massaged thoroughly covering the chicken.

Refrigerate and marinate at least 4 hours or up to 48 hours. Remove from the bag and grill as is or on skewers.

Serve with pita, hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes or your favorite toppings
