Easy to make, delicious GF Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes are a perfect way to start your day!

Directions: Add contents of the package to a bowl, mix in 1 1/2 cups of milk,

2 eggs, & 2 TBL melted butter (optional), stir until combined.  Let batter sit 30 minutes, room temp. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a heated, buttered skillet. Let cook until bubbles form on the top of the pancake, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.

Yields approximately 8 pancakes
