What is your return policy?
The Spice Apothecary is absolutely certain that you’ll love our products. But if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us for arrangements. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price (less shipping) as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.
The Spice Apothecary cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen packages, delays in shipping due to
weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses, or missing shipping information.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
What is your shipping policy?
We strive to ship within 48 hours of order placement during weekday business hours. We cannot, however, predict the amount of time that shipping will take using USPS. We ship via priority mail and provide a tracking number as soon as the order is processed.
How do I sign up for email updates?
Simply go to our home page and scroll to the bottom and fill out the form to connect with us! We’ll share promos, recipes, info on where we’ll be selling in person and some other cool stuff!

Do you blend the spice and herb packs?
Absolutely! Every recipe that we sell is hand-blended from recipes that we research & develop. We
won’t pack it up unless we love it!

Where are your products from?
All of our spices & herbs are from a co-op that sustainably sources from around the world. Their
products are Fair Trade Certified which is internationally recognized as the gold standard for social responsibility & quality. We buy organic when possible and do not add any preservatives or fillers to any of our blends.
