The mix you need to make delicious, fluffy apple pie buttermilk pancakes!


Directions: Add contents of the package to a bowl, mix in 2 cups of water & 
2 eggs, stir until combined.  Add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached. Let batter sit 30 minutes, room temp. 
For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a heated, buttered skillet. Let cook until bubbles form on the top of the pancake, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.

For a twist, replace the water with 2 cups of apple cider! (Will make the pancakes sweeter)
