This extra virgin olive oil blend draws heavily on the classic Italian varietals (grown in Santa Ynez, California) of Maurino, Frantoio and Pendolino and has a delicate flavor with fruity notes. This blend has delightful flavors of citrus, green apple, artichoke, and almond. This olive oil has an aromatic finish and a rather smooth sensation on the palate.  Hand harvested and milled in December 2023.
Perfect as a bread dipper paired with our Dipping Oil Spices and as a finishing oil.
