Overnight oats are a healthy, delicious, make-ahead breakfast!  Spiced just right and loaded with goodness, you won’t believe how delicious this healthy breakfast is! 


Add contents of the package to a jar, add in ½ cup of milk, almond milk or whatever alt-milk you prefer, cover and refrigerate overnight.  Great as is or add ½ teaspoon of vanilla, chopped nuts, or sweetener if desired.
