The great taste of Italian sausage without the heat.  This sweet, or mild, Italian sausage seasoning is a delicious blend to add to ground meat to make your own sausages at home.  Mix 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of ground beef or pork.  Form into patties and grill or fry.
