Lemon Pepper Tilapia

Easy Lemon Pepper Tilapia is a light, flavorful weeknight dinner made with fresh lemon, simple ingredients, and our flavorful seasoning. Our Lemon Pepper seasoning adds citrusy flavor with a peppery kick that pairs perfectly with delicate white fish.

Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Tilapia


1 pound tilapia fillets

1 tablespoon The Spice Apothecary's Lemon Pepper Seasoning

1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon, thinly sliced

Fresh parsley, chopped

Kosher salt to taste if desired


Directions


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Pat tilapia fillets dry and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet or oven-safe dish coated with olive oil cooking spray.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Season with The Spice Apothecary Lemon Pepper Seasoning, using about 1 tablespoon per pound of fish.

Top with fresh lemon slices.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Finish with chopped parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon if desired.


Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad for a simple, flavorful dinner.
