Oven Roasted Shawarma Chickpeas

Oven Roasted Shawarma Chickpeas


1 teaspoon Shawarma Spice Blend

One 15.5 ounce can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

Olive oil

Kosher salt if desired


Drain & rinse one 15.5 ounce can of chickpeas & dry in a single layer on paper towels.

Add chickpeas, a drizzle of olive oil & one teaspoon of Shawarma Spice Blend to a bowl and toss well. Place on a sheet pan in a single layer in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Stir the chickpeas and roast for another 15 minutes.

Serve warm or room temperature with a sprinkle of kosher salt if desired.
