Montreal Grill seasoned and seared beef patty, melted cheese, smoky bacon topped with fresh lettuce and tomato for the perfect cheeseburger!

Ingredients

1.5 pounds of 80% ground chuck

1 tablespoon of Montreal Grill 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon of Gravy Master Good quality thick cut bacon Your favorite cheese Rolls

Desired toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, whatever you like!

Directions

Combine ground chuck with the Montreal Grill seasoning. Do not overmix. Cover a sheet pan with wax paper that has been sprayed with cooking oil. Fill a 3/4 measuring cup with meat and measure out 6 burgers. Roll the meat until you have a uniform ball. Next flatten the ball between your palms. Using your thumb make an indent in each patty This will keep the burger from bulging up into a ball when it cooks. Mix 1/2 cup of Worcestershire Sauce and 1 tablespoon of Gravy Master together and brush onto each burger. You can flip and repeat now or wait until they're in the pan Spray a cast iron pan with cooking spray and set it over medium heat. Once the pan starts smoking a bit add in your burgers. Cook the burgers for around 6-8 minutes, then flip. Cook another 4-6 minutes or until desired doneness. Top with your preferred cheese, cover and cook another minute or until the cheese melts Butter and toast the rolls, top the cheeseburger with bacon and your choice of toppings.
