Ingredients for Garlic Herb Roasted Brussel Sprouts


1 pound Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved

1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon The Spice Apothecary Garlic Herb Blend

Salt and pepper to taste, if desired


Directions


Preheat oven to 425°F.

Toss Brussel sprouts with olive oil and Garlic Herb Blend.

Spread evenly on a baking sheet, cut side down for extra browning.

Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
