Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings

Our Jamaican-inspired Jerk Seasoning has a unique warm flavor with subtle spicy undertones and is a perfect flavoring for these oven-baked Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings.

Ingredients for Jamaican Jerk Wings

2 pounds chicken wings, both drums and flats

2 Tablespoons of olive oil

2 Tablespoons of The Spice Apothecary The Jerk Seasoning

Olive oil cooking spray


Place wings in a large bowl, add olive oil and toss.  Add in The Jerk Seasoning and toss again until all of the wings are coated evenly.

Refrigerate uncovered for at least 30 minutes or until ready to cook.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.  Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack sprayed with olive oil cooking spray.  Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack and spray with olive oil cooking spray.

Bake for 35 minutes, flip, spray again with olive oil cooking spray, and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 165 degrees F.

Optional: Serve with Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing and carrot & celery sticks.
