Light and fresh salad enhanced with a drizzle of herbed oil

Ingredients
The Spice Apothecary's Sun Dried Tomato-Basil Blend
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Mozzarella
Roasted Red Peppers
Arugula
Flaky Sea Salt
Directions
Slice the fresh mozzarella & blot with a paper towel to make sure it's dry
Mix Sun Dried Tomato-Basil Blend with extra virgin olive oil to taste, drizzle over cheese. Serve with arugula topped with roasted red peppers and sprinkle the entire dish with Flaky Sea Salt.
