  • 1 tablespoon of What the Dillio seasoning

  • Olive oil for roasting

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). A hot oven is essential for achieving the perfect caramelization on the carrots.

Step 2: Prepare the Carrots

Rinse and peel the carrots. For even roasting, cut them into uniform sticks.

Step 3: Season the Carrots

In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared carrots with olive oil, What the Dillio, salt, and pepper. Toss until the carrots are well coated.

Step 4: Roast the Carrots

Arrange the seasoned carrots in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. The goal is for the carrots to become tender with slightly golden edges.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

Once roasted, take the carrots out of the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving. They are a fabulous addition to any meal and can be garnished with extra dill for a pop of color and flavor.
