Slow Cooker Dill Carrots

Buttery, sweet carrots seasoned with our What's the Dillio blend is simply prepared in your slow cooker with such little effort!

Ingredients for Slow Cooker Dill Carrots


2 1/2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into chunks

1 1/2 cups water

1 teaspoon kosher salt

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup honey

Chopped fresh parsley

2 teaspoons of The Spice Apothecary's What the Dillio seasoning

Kosher salt & black pepper to taste


Directions


Peel and cut carrots into chunks and put them in the slow cooker with 1 1/2 cups of water and a teaspoon of kosher salt.

Set your slow cooker on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours or until the carrots can be easily pierced by a fork.

Drain, return the carrots to the pot and add in 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/4 cup of honey, 2 teaspoons of The Spice Apothecary's What the Dillio seasoning, fresh parsley, and kosher salt & black pepper to taste.
