Ingredients for The Spaniard Shrimp:
2 pounds peeled, deveined shrimp
2 tablespoons of The Spaniard
1/2 cup of dry white wine
2 tablespoons of butter
OVOO spray for pan
Directions to make The Spaniard Shrimp:
Add the shrimp to a mixing bowl and toss with The Spaniard seasoning.
Heat pan over medium heat, spray with olive oil.
Add shrimp in a layer making sure not to overlap.
Saute 2 minutes per side, remove shrimp and set aside.
Deglaze the pan with a ½ cup of white wine. Â
Reduce by half, add 2 tablespoons of butter, melt.
Add shrimp back in, toss to coat, and serve.
We like to serve with rice, pasta or crusty bread.
