Turmeric Smoothie Powder

What a perfect way to kickstart your day!

Enjoy the anti-inflammatory & antioxidant health benefits of turmeric, ginger & cinnamon. Blend with fruit to make a deliciously healthy smoothie!

1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk or alt milk)

1 small banana

1/2 cup each of mango & pineapple (or your favorite fruit)

1 to 1 ½ teaspoons of Turmeric Smoothie powder

Crushed ice


Blend 1 cup almond milk, 1 small banana, 1/2 cup each of frozen mango & pineapple (or your favorite fruit) & crushed ice with 1 to 1 ½ teaspoons of Turmeric Smoothie powder.

Blend all of the ingredients to desired consistency.

Freeze the fruit ahead of time to make a frozen smoothie bowl.
