Pasta Salad with Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

Pasta Salad with Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette is loaded with pepperoni, Parmesan, olives, and fresh veggies, then tossed in a flavorful homemade dressing seasoned with our Everyday. Perfect for BBQs, picnics, and summer gatherings.

Ingredients for Pasta Salad with Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette


12 ounce box of rotini pasta

Drizzle of olive oil

6 ounces black olives

Medium red bell pepper

8 ounce block parmesan cheese

6 ounce stick of pepperoni

1 teaspoon of Garlic Herb Seasoning

1/3 cup of Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette (recipe link below)


Directions


Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drizzle with olive oil, toss with the Garlic Herb Seasoning and set aside to cool.

Slice the black olives in half; dice the red bell pepper; pepperoni stick and Parmesan cheese.  Toss all into the bowl with the cooled pasta and stir.


Add in 1/3 cup of balsamic vinaigrette and chill for at least one hour or up to overnight.

If the pasta salad soaks up too much of the vinaigrette, dress with a few tablespoons more before serving.
