A moist and delicious Pumpkin Spice Loaf Mix perfectly seasoned with the warm flavors of Pumpkin Spice!

Ingredients needed to make the Pumpkin Spice Loaf Mix: (Regular or Gluten Free version)
3 large eggs
1 - 15 ounce can of pumpkin puree
â…” cup canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 package of The Spice Apothecary's Pumpkin Spice Loaf Mix (Regular or Gluten Free version)
Pumpkin Spice Sanding Sugar (optional but really good!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Place eggs in a medium-large bowl and whisk well.
Add pumpkin puree, oil, & vanilla. Stir well.
Stir in the package of Pumpkin Spice Loaf Mix & gently mix until combined.
Transfer batter to prepared pan. Sprinkle with Pumpkin Spice Sanding Sugar.
Check the loaf at around 40 minutes and tent with foil if browning too quickly. Bake another 10 minutes and remove from oven when a tester comes out clean.
Cool completely and enjoy!
